PhoneLine+ can be accessed via a range of devices including, computers, tablets, mobile phones and IP handsets. We can even provide an adaptor for your current phone, removing the need to invest in new equipment, making this solution incredibly cost-effective.

How do I determine if PhoneLine+ is the right product for my business?
If your business is using a single analogue line for inbound/outbound calling, you need a solution that prepares your business for the PSTN switch-off. PhoneLine+ provides all of the features you are familiar with when using traditional landline telephony, with the added benefits of having a cloud-based telephony service, which enables you to make and receive calls over the internet. If you need multi-channel voice communications (the ability to make and receive multiple calls at once from the same number/system, distribute inbound calls via hunt groups) then you need a UCaaS solution, such as 8×8 or Gamma Horizon. How will you move my business to PhoneLine+
We will handle all of the logistics of moving to your new solution for you. We will port your existing telephone number into the PhoneLine+ platform, which generally takes 3-5 working days. As soon as that is complete, you can make and receive your business calls using PhoneLine+ If we are also migrating your broadband to SoGEA or FTTP, we will align key dates to minimise any risk of downtime to your business.
Are calls unlimited?
Yes! The included destinations are all UK 01, 02, 03 and 07 numbers and 5 commonly dialled international countries (excludes toll free/premium rate). This is subject to fair use, specifically, as it relates to dialler traffic or fraud. If you need more information, please give us a call or fill in our contact form and we will be happy to assist.
What handsets/headsets/analogue telephone adapters are compatible with PhoneLine+?
We can provide a full list of compatible hardware on request. Handsets and analogue telephone adapters need to be provided via Elite Group to work with the platform, but third party headsets can be used at your discretion.
Is PhoneLine+ difficult to set up?
It couldn’t be easier! As soon as we create your account, you will receive a link to set up your password. Once that’s done, you’ll be in the PhoneLine+ web portal, which includes guides on how to make any change you need. If you need any further assistance our expert team are here to support you.
